We ship worldwide and are happy to combine shipping. We have been on the internet since 1996. For payment we accept credit cards, paypal, checks, money orders. Always feel free to e-mail us with any questions you may have at antiques@nethop.net  We will respond as soon as possible, usually within an hour but no later than 24 hours.

You are very welcome to phone us 1-250-292-8070 to place an order during Monday-Sat 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM Pacific Time, remember you may always e-mail your order anytime!

ORDERING:
We are pleased to offer combined shipping, you only pay one shipping charge.

For North America it is 3.00  for the first pattern, .50 cents for each additional pattern. For our International customers its 4.50 for the first pattern, 1.00 for each additional pattern.

We have a shopping cart for your shopping convenience as well as a secure server for your credit card information.
SHIPPING:
International customers are very welcome, we ship worldwide and for very reasonable rates. For our Canadian customers, you pay the same shipping charge as our American customers.
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept directly the following cards-
American Express, Visa, Mastercard on our secure server. We also accept Paypal which includes Discover cards.
Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.

Layaway Information:

  We offer a Lay-Away plan. A 25% deposit is required, this ensures that you are committed to follow through with your layaway . The remaining balance is due as follows:  

 

 

For layaways up to 100.00 within 30 days of placing the order

For layaways up to 250.00 the balance is due within 60 days.

Any other layaways are due within 90 days.

We can extend the time if required please contact us if you need the extra time. If the Lay-Away transaction is not completed or is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the layaway , all monies, EXCEPT for the initial 25% deposit will be refunded in the form of a store credit. This helps us absorb the cost in tying up desirable inventory and initiating the process such as  ,  our employees taking the time removing it from our inventory, packaging it so it will be ready for shipping, labeling the package etc, taking up space on our website or having our employees take the time to relisting the items. If you have any questions, please clarify before ordering.

 

 

 

 
RETURNS:
As is the tradition with fabric and pattern stores selling patterns, we do not take returns, sales are final, as almost everything we sell is easily duplicated or reproduced. However be assured we count our patterns for completeness and are always happy to work with our customers so your purchase is an enjoyable one.
