Simplicity 2621; ca. 1948; Misses and Women's Blouse: The front-buttoning blouse, styled with outside tucks, releases soft gathers from the forward shoulder seam. A Peter Pan collar trims the high neck edge and on applied band finishes the front edge. Styles 1 and 2 feature long sleeves which turn back to form cuffs. In styles 2 and 3, the lace-trimmed sleeves are gathered at the upper and lower edges and lace edging outlines the collar and front. Style 3 has three-quarter sleeves. In style 4, the short sleeves turn back to form cuffs.
