Simplicity 1095; ©1943; Child's Dress and Panties. The princess-line frock buttons from neck to hem and is topped with a contrasting collar. Self-bias binding finishes the lower edge of the short puffed sleeves. The panties are gathered at the back and have a button fastening at each side. In Style I, the checked dress is trimmed with a pointed collar. Style II features a scalloped front edge and round collar.
