Simplicity 4114 dated circa 1953. Misses' Blouse and Overblouse: View 1 has long cuffed sleeves, fastened with link buttons, a pin-tucked front and a small collar. View 2 which may be worn as an overblouse or blouse has short sleeves and bands top stitched to the front, neck and sleeves.
