Dress with center back zipper has bateau neckline in front, and it dips low and scooped in the back. Empire waistline accented with a ribbon band & bow. Slim fitting skirt with back vent, or a full flared gored skirt with a finished hem sweep of 140". Jacket has short kimono sleeves, jaunty collar and front buttoning.
