The pattern is: Complete, no envelope just print out images for the envelope info, otherwise complete.

Size: 9 Bust: 30.5 Hip: 32.5

Slim one piece dress has lowered from and back neckline, set in sleeves, center back zipper closing. Front is fitted with waistline and underarm darts, back has waistline and shoulder darts. View 1 has fitted below elbow length sleeves, a self fabric belt is stitched into the side seams, ends are lapped and held in place with a large button. Shoe sleeve dress in view 2 also has belt stitched into side seams and tied high above waistline.
