In many cases the vintage patterns have never been used and are uncut and factory folded.

Vogue Paris Original 1249; ca. 1963; Christian Dior - One Piece Dress and Coat. Slim skirt with or without side front pockets joins bodice with high waistline seam. Button trimming. Short sleeves and sleeveless. Coat with open front and low shaped collar has optional flap pockets. Elbow length and above wrist length sleeves. Knot tied belt held with carriers.
