Vogue Americana 1945; ca. 1968; James Galanos - Misses' One-Piece Dress. Loose-fitting, shaped dress with side front tucks, has V-shaped front inset with jewel neckline. Wide, full length sleeves, on extended shoulders taper into button cuffs. Flap trim. Self belt worn above waistline. Top-stitch trim.
