Butterick 3511; ca. 1970s; Young Designer: Betsey Johnson - MISSES’ HALTER TOP, SKIRT & PANTS. Halter top with V-neckline, extending into back neck ties has shaped under-bust gathers, shaped midriff extending into ties and purchased foldover tape pull-through bow at center front. Full A-line wrap skirt in two lengths has shaped yoke extending into ties. Slightly flared pants, darted into waistline have back zipper closing. All garment finished with purchased bias foldover tape.
