Vogue Couturier Design 1864; ca. late 1960s; Sybil Connolly - Suit and Blouse. Semi-fitted cardigan jacket with self bias banding has three-quarter length kimono sleeves with gussets. Slim skirt gathered and darted into waistband, pockets in side front seams. Overblouse with extended shoulders has bias turn-over collar continuing in tie.
